Firearms Business Operations Platform
Run your entire operation. From one system.
Inventory, sales, purchasing, traceability, service and compliance. Built for licensed firearms businesses, from a single shop to a factory floor.

One business. Too many systems.
All five, one recordReplace the chaos. One platform. Every operation.
Inventory, sales, compliance and service stop being five systems that disagree with each other. One record, one serial number, one place it is written down. No more spreadsheets that have been copied twice, and no more finding out at the counter that the book was never updated.
Built around how your business actually works.
One platform, five shapes. A shop that also runs a range gets both, on one login.
Purchasing → Warehousing → Multi-branch, with allocation down to the dealer.

Receiving
Photograph the invoice.Let it type itself in.
A delivery arrives with a printed invoice and, usually, a separate sheet of serial numbers written by hand. Photograph both. ARMEX reads the lines, matches what it recognises against your catalogue and proposes the rest as new items.
Then it stops and shows you what it read. Quantities and prices fill themselves in. A serial number is never committed without a person confirming it, because one misread character in a register is worse than an empty one.
- Reads printed invoices and handwritten serial sheets
- The original photograph stays attached to the receipt, for the audit
- If the reader is unavailable it falls back to manual entry, never to a crash
Where the work actually happens
Five floors. One record.
The counter, the lane, the bench, the rack and the line. Each one is somebody's whole job, and each one writes to the same register.
01 — 05
01 / Retail counterThe counter
Every firearm on the wall is a row with a serial number behind it, not a line on a stock sheet. The licence is checked before the sale is allowed to start.
02 / Shooting rangeThe lane
Lanes, members, classes and rentals on one desk. Rounds issued are an internal movement, never a sale, so the stock and the takings still agree at close.
03 / Gunsmith benchThe bench
Every job card hangs off a serial number, so the history follows the firearm rather than the customer. Waiting on parts is a status, not a sticky note.
04 / WarehouseThe rack
Receive by scan, put away by rack, and know which branch is holding what without ringing them. Photograph the supplier invoice and the lines read themselves in.
05 / Production floorThe line
Work orders, bills of material and quality checks, tied to the units that walk out of the door. A batch that fails is a batch you can still find.

About ARMEX
Your business is specialized.Your ERP should be too.
General accounting software counts things. It does not know that this one item has a number stamped on it, that the number has to be written down the day it arrives and the day it leaves, and that ten years from now somebody may ask you to prove both. ARMEX is built around that fact rather than around it.
- Built for licensed businesses, not adapted to them
- A register that can be added to and never quietly edited
- Submission-ready reports and documents, in your own hands
- English, Tagalog and Arabic, right to left included
The register
A serial number is not a quantity.
Ammunition is counted. A firearm is identified. ARMEX keeps three kinds of stock in one system: serialised units tracked one by one, lot-tracked consumables that can be traced back to a batch, and ordinary goods counted the normal way.
Entries are added, never overwritten. A correction is a new line with a name and a reason against it, which is the only version of a record that survives an inspection.

Fifteen minutes on a call is usually enough to tell whether ARMEX fits how you already work. We will use your own stock list, not a demo one.
